Brilliant Aftersales Care

Brilliant aftersales care from truckman. I had a couple of issues with my retrax roller top that I had fitted myself. I contacted customer services and they organised for me to bring my vehicle down to effect a repair and refit it themselves at no additional cost. Brilliant service on the day also. I could not recommend truckman highly enough.

New Truckman Hardtop

I have just had a Truckman hardtop fitted to my 2016 Nissan Navara and drove to Truckman so they could fit it for me. The end result looks fantastic and I'm very pleased with the quality of the product and the fitting. The staff were friendly, courteous and professional.

I've Recently Bought a Ford Ranger

I've recently bought a Ford Ranger. I found Truckman Website extremely good. I ordered a Catloc & Bedmat and Bonnet Guard & Tailgate Seal System. I drove 160 miles from home to have these fitted by Truckman. I found Truckman Staff extremely Professional and very Knowledgeable. I can't thank them enough. Brilliant Service. I would also like to thank the Manager who brought me out some great brochures to read as I got there extremely early. And also thank Dean for being a great sales executive.

First Class Service

Firstly I would like to thank Sophie, she is an absolute star. Our Truckman hardtop was unfotunately just out of warranty. But given the current circumstances and how badly perished our window seal was, Sophie pulled out all the stops for us and sent a new seal to fit myself. 

We have been loyal customers of Truckman for 6+ years abd we have had 8 different models throughout all of our vehicles. And we've never had an issue. And this just confirms what first class service they have.

All the negative reviews on here I would take with a pinch of salt, if you have an issue Truckman will do their best by you.

Great Customer Service

Great customer service - I had an issue with my Nissan supplies canopy. Nissan were worse than useless but Truckman were great. Top marks to the Truckman Team for being great and sorting everything out for me. Thanks loads.

Took my Hilux in store to have the Truckman top repaired under the warranty. Due to being installed by Toyota wrong
(no fault of truckman)

After taking delivery of a new Navara

After taking delivery of a New a Navara last August I’ve had a real issue of really bad knocking and banging coming from the truck man . I have taken it to Nissan over the months with the issue just to be told that’s what Truckmand do , they make lots of noise .
I contacted Truckman and dealt with Sophie . Sophie could see from just 3 photos that the canopy was not fitted correctly, not sitting on the bed as it should . Sophie booked me in for a Technician to sort it out . After a couple of hours the canopy had been taken and refitted correctly . The box is now silent, not a rattle or bang to be heard .

Warranty

I couldn't ask for more, I sent them a short email explaining the brake light they supplied me earlier on in the year had gone faulty and it was sorted out right away, new brake light unit sent out straight away, I wish more companies sorted out warranty items this fast.

Absolutely superb service from Truckman...

Absolutely superb service from Truckman customer service. My luxury top for a Toyota Hilux mk8 developed a small crack in the trim, I was advised to send them some photos and their response was very quick. New lift up door has been dispatched to the local dealer for fitting.
Excellent response to my problem and very professional and courteous phone and emails. Well done Truckman!!

RS Canopy for Hilux

Review is for a RS canopy for Hilux Active with ladder rack. Truckman have built the most attractive canopy for this model and being hand built to order it is a quality product, in addition they can colour code the canopy. Fitting was easy, detailed instructions were excellent for cutting the steel bar that provides a seal. Phone support and service for the order was great, Truckman were aware I needed the canopy in a hurry and they delivered ahead of schedule. Very happy with the product and service, great to support British manufacturing.

Wind deflectors purchased, great service

Wind deflectors purchased, fitted & work really well, no draughts, fresh air & look good too.

Best of all, though, was the buying experience.

Your receptionist was really pleasant & attentive, (especially in offering coffee, I must have looked in need!), Bob was at lunch when I initially arrived but another guy jumped in to try & help but then Bob appeared, probably with indigestion & was just great.

He obviously had better things to do than just sell me the deflectors, the sale of which wouldn't make a huge difference to your bank balance but the time taken & service approach was just as good as if I'd spent thousands. MANY thanks, Bob.

I have dealt with Truckman couple of times now and I find them very helpful, especially since I try to fit stuff myself. Even stuff like electrics they are happy to pass on information.

Great Customer Service

I had Truckman hardtop fitted at time of purchase of my Nissan Navara. After a couple of months handle became faulty. Contacted selling dealer who were not helpful at all. Then contacted Sophie @ Truckman customer services who got me a new handle sent out next day under warranty and even provided me with a YouTube link to fitting it! Highly recommended!

Easy fix for an annoying rattle!

Having bought a 3 year old Amarok with a Truckman top, I have reached out twice to Truckman for help and advice. Both times they have been very helpful and informative.

The second time I asked for a local dealer to me to help sort a rattle out, they asked for photos, and quickly came back saying the hood needed moving back a little as it was not in the right position.

So I moved it and the rattle has gone!

Accurate advice and a no cost fix to an annoying rattle - they know their products very well!
