Hyundai Trajet Review
The Hyundai Trajet comes with 3 engine choice. A 2.0 litre petrol, which is refined around lower speed environments, but rather noisy on motorways. The 2.7 litre is smoother and faster but guzzles fuel and the 2.0 litre diesel, which is noisy. Whichever engine you have, there's a downside. The ride in the Trajet can be bouncy and harsh over potholes but drive it on a smooth road and your ride will be pleasant. The steering of the vehicle tends to be imprecise and gearchange can be notchy. The seats in the Trajet are spongy, which can get rather uncomfortable due to lack of support. All of the rear seats remove which can be worth the hassle for the van like space, otherwise there is just 523 litres of space, which is still adequate depending no your needs. There are also a few cubby holes, door pockets, a drop down sunglasses box and a large glovebox about. The driver has a good visibility and all controls are within easy reach. The steering wheel adjusts for height. All Hyundai Trajets come with all round electric windows, air conditioning and roof rails plus ABS, dual front and side airbags and central locking although the vehicle does not come with an alarm as standard.
