Volkswagen Passat Review
Reliable. Robustly built. Well engineered. The Volkswagen
Passat's reputation certainly isn't one to disappoint. The Passat
portrays an image of quality. The Passat has an excellent ride with
comfortable driving but seems to lack agility. The low noise levels
along with the luxury feel of the car make you feel well insulated
from the world. The seats are highly comfortable and offer good
support with plenty of head and leg room and general space for all.
The driving position is also spot on. The Volkswagen Passat does
not come with a key which is handy although instead you have a key
fob which is inserted into the dashboard. The Passat also
comes with standard features including air conditioning,
electronically adjustable and heated door mirrors, electric front
windows and LED rear lights and door mirror indicators. All
features are designed to make your driving comfort better and makes
life easier. The luggage space of the Passat isn't bad with a 485
litre capacity. The wide area and low boot lip means access is
easy. The rear seats also fold so that space can be increased.
There is also a glove compartment that can store things with a size
of up to A4 documents which is also air conditioned. The electronic
parking brake means there is more space between the front seats for
storage. The Volkswagen Passat comes as standard with ESP,
front, side and curtain airbags, active head restraints and a seat
belt reminder plus an alarm for security.
