Skoda Octavia
The Skoda Octavia is a great family car, spacious and well-built
whilst still good to drive. The cars soft suspension means comfort
is excellent and uneven surfaces are soaked up well. The drive is
composed, with well weighted steering which adds 
to a
quality feel. Strong brakes are a plus along with slick gear change
and clutch control. The seats in the Octavia offer good support and
have a generous amount of head and legroom. Wind and road noise are
minimal in the cabin. The interior plastics look robust but quite
dull. There is an overall solid feel to the cabin. The Octavia's
driving position is excellent and plenty of adjustment is allowed
in the steering column The Skoda Octavia's boot space is not bad at
all with a large 560 litres of space. The large tailgate means
access is easier for loading those heavy, awkward items. The rear
seats split and fold to boost space to a massive 1350 litres of
space. Other storage options include large door bins, 2 central cup
holders and a cubby on top of the dash. Driver, passenger and side
airbags come as standard plus central locking and an
immobiliser.
