Volkswagen Lupo
The Volkswagen Lupo handles confidently with precise steering
and snappy gear change. Controls are well weighted and the switches
and buttons still have a soft feel to them. The short wheelbase of
the Lupo can mean that the ride can be harsh. The rear can only
really fit 2 children in as it is not particularly spacious nor
comfortable. It's best to think of the Lupo as a 2 seater, then the
front passenger gets more leg room and the rear load space is
expanded. Wind and road noise is well insulated in the cabin. The
boot space is a small 130 litres which isn't really good for much
so with the rear seats folded a more practical space is available.
The front seats in the Lupo adjust so it is better to find a better
driving position and powersteering comes as standard. Seatbelt pre
tensioners and twin airbags are also standard features plus remote
central locking and dead locks.
