Delivery and Returns
Carriage Charges (Mainland United Kingdom Web Customers).
Unlike many websites, delivery charges are not a money making exercise for Auto Styling, we just want to get your goods to you quickly and in perfect condition. For this reason, we use a top quality service and keep the costing simple and at an absolute minimum.
Carriage charges are calculated as follows:-
Carriage will be charged at £12.59 including VAT. to mainland UK. For orders outside mainland UK we will advise the carriage cost on an individual basis. Please call customer services on 0845 644 4992.
Shipping & Returns
Despatch of all products to Main Land UK (except hardtops)
Goods that are available from stock are despatched within 24 hours on a next day service. You should receive your goods by parcel courier within 2 days of placing your order. If goods are not available from stock and you will not receive a delivery within 10 working days, we will contact you.
Despatch of Hardtops to Main Land UK
Hardtops that are available from stock are despatched within 24 hours on a 3 day service. You should receive your goods by pallet courier within 4 days of placing your order. If goods are not available from stock and you will not receive a delivery within 10 working days, we will contact you.
Hardtops are delivered on a pallet using a tail-lift vehicle. The driver will off load at your gate / drive, but an able bodied person is needed to move the package on to your property.
Returns and Refunds
Auto Styling UK wants you to be happy every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may wish to return items because they were not what you were expecting. That's why under our 7 day returns scheme, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition and original packaging, within 7 days of the date on which you received the item(s).
Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective.
If you wish to return goods, please contact our customer service department on 0845 6444992 who will make all the necessary arrangements to collect the items.
All returned goods must be returned in the original packaging. Goods are inspected on return and a full credit will only be made if the goods are in a condition suitable for resale.
For goods that are personalised for you (for example painted, graphics applied) it will not be possible to cancel or return these items unless faulty or damaged.
As soon as we receive the cancelled goods back into our warehouse, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for those items.
