Delivery
At Autostyling we realise that speedy and safe delivery of your order is vital. Our delivery policy is very simple:
- Free delivery on all orders over £100 inc vat. UK mainland only.
- Orders under £100 are charged at a flat rate of £8.95.
- If an order is received by midday, we endeavour to despatch the same day.
- All in-stock items should be received by the customer within 48 hours of placing an order.
- All of our parcel deliveries are made via Nightfreight or TNT.
- You will receive email confirmation immediately when the goods have been despatched.
- We provide an order tracking facility.
Please note:
- If an item is out of stock and will not be delivered within 7 days, we will email you with an estimated delivery date.
- All of our carriers require that the goods are signed for upon delivery and it is vital that the customer checks for any damage and if there is any then the driver's paperwork should be signed as such.
- All pallet deliveries, i.e. hard tops, are made using Norbert Dentressangle.
- Hard tops being delivered to offshore islands will incurr a surcharge of £50.
- For export orders the main carriers we use are UPS, Europa, Hellman Worldwide and RH Freight.
